NPM unable to detect all my devices

Hi I am quite new to this . i have setup the trial version of SolarWinds NPM . I am facing the follwing issues : * After running the discovery scan I am unable to find devices that are connected to the wireless AP and they are on the same network . * When I add these devices manually I am unable to extract network details…

I am quite new to this . i have setup the trial version of SolarWinds NPM . I am facing the follwing issues :

After running the discovery scan I am unable to find devices that are connected to the wireless AP and they are on the same network .
When I add these devices manually I am unable to extract network details out of these systems. Ive checked the deices they are all running WMI service and even after refreshing I am unable to find network details on the device.
After running the discovery scan I have been unable to detect network interfaces that are connected tru the wired link except or those of the printers.

Would really appreciate the help
