we use orion network atlas on a server the access is via remote desktop can we have simultaneous users conected to it at same time.

I am currently running it NA Locally and experiencing severe lag when I try to drag a node onto the map. is this typical of non local access?
Surely not typical. Responsiveness will be driven by latency in communicating with the server, but in typical LAN environment is not significant. Support case may be the best course of action: SolarWinds Customer Support - We're Here to Help

we used long time ago the NA software locally int the PCs but is so slow and sometimes is freeze. all in the network are ok is just the program
