Curious issue with interface speed in Orion NPM.

Hi all,

I have an issue I hope you can explain to me why happends. Our installation (Orion v. 7.8.55) is monitoring several interfaces on both routers, switches and servers. The issue only occurs on routers with interfaces configured with speed higher than 10 mbits. This causes the average calculations to result in falty numbers.

The interface speed has been set to 45 mbit (discovered 44 mbit via snmp) but Orion states that the configured speed is only 4 bps. The speed has been double checked on the routers configuration - they are set to 45 mbit. Anyone have a clue what goes wrong?

We had similiar issues here. We had to rediscover the interface and play around a little to get it to come in correctly. It does throw off the stats a little doesn't it.
