Beta Alert Issues - Disapearing Alert Actions

Has anybody had issues with Alert Actions for the Beta disappearing. I will setup alerts with alert actions and I will come back to them and find the alert actions have disappeared. Has anybody else seen this?

I had the same issue, turned oouut the alerting service had stoppped. Try starting thr service, that helped me.

They dissapear for me if I copy an alert.

Say I have set up an alert "a" and then copy it to alert "b".

They actions get copied to alert "b" but if you go back and view alert "a" they are gone.

So much for ease of setting up new alerts.

I had this issue and found that for me, it was related to copying an alert. If I copied an alert, the alert that I created by virtue of the copy was fine and included all the alert actions. However the alert that I copied from, had it's alert actions missing. I've replicated this time and time again... much to my dismay....

I found the same issue when copying an alert, I lose the actions on the original. Has anybody found a way around this? Are you just creating new alerts each time instead of copying them?

Also, for new alerts, it'd be nice if SW kept the same 'From' email address every time you added an email alert.
