Alert don't send e-mail

There are a few alerts, which established by the current "Send E-Mail/Page to ..." my e-mail (100% working), when alert triggered it appears in the Active Alerts, but I haven't receive an e-mail. When I test the alert, I've receive an e-mail with a test alert and e-mails with all the previous triggered alerts.

Have anybody an issue of this problem?

We had to reboot the server to get email working again...
