I am putting together all of the information required to migrate my NPM installation (currently NPM and APM on the same server and separate SQL server for the DataBase) to a new server. I believe I have all of the required documentation:

My remaining questio is on how to handle the Network Atlas. What special steps are required to migrate it as well. In Network Atlas I am also utilizing 'Previous version' Maps.
