NPM 9.5 SP3 - IIS Memory Leak

I know that SP3 and the previous hot fix patch was supposed to address an IIS Memory leak which may have been due to an issue with displaying maps.  I still need to restart IIS services at least once or twice a week when w3wp.exe memory usage gets too high.  Is there anyone else experiencing this or is it something that should have been fixed with the SP3 upgrade?
