Solarwind Remote Monitoring without VPN

My company has 1 main and 3 remote branch i want to monitor the branch office network devices using solarwind can i achieve this without having VPN connection to remote branch, if yes means how the branch office internal network private address assigned devices visible to this application solarwinds.

Does your ISP allow for port 161 or 162 to travel across their network? If so i can see it being possible to achieve, but just from the amount of work your going to have to put into making this work, i think it would be worth the time and effort to just use a VPN connection.

Another thing to consider is the security issues you might run into by allowing snmp to be accessible to the internet without the encryption of VPN
