custom reporting

I need to create a report showing % availability (uptime) for serial interfaces - i know i need to do it via SQL queries but unfortunately, i am not that proficient at it - can anyone help please?

saw this thread after i posted this one but - the sql scripts used there did not include the Node Name so i know which interface was down and for how many minutes but i still dont know which interface it is
