Orion and MySQL

I'm going to attempt to port my Solarwinds Microsoft SQL database over to MySQL and see if it will function properly.

Anyone have any thoughts or ideas before I jump into this?

Were you able to get the port to MySQL to work. We are looking at doing the samething and ws hopeing to find out how your's went.

Don Yonce may correct me on this but I think you're in for a bang your head against a brick wall experience.

The underlying code of the web interface along with the application objects used for much of Orion's fancy behind the scene work assume MS SQL. A port to MySQL would require, at the very least, a re-write of all the application objects being called from the web and management interfaces.
