Small Remote Site Monitoring

We have several small offices that have a Netscreen 5xt and a couple of pc's. They power off the office daily.

Does anyone know of a good way to only monitor this type of site. such that the site is basically unmanaged durning non-local business hours. This also includes not updating map colors/status.
Alerts suppression during the sites non business hours is already being handled with the Beta Alert Engine.
