configuration wizard

I'm receiving the following error when the wizard tries to run...

"The wizard was unable to register the SolarWinds COM+ Application

A possible cause is the Distributed Transaction Coordinator service
was disabled

Extra info for Tech support ->Method '~' of object '~' failed"

I'm using the trial version in hopes to push to get my company to get the full version. Thanks on any help...
