In our environment we are monitoring network and windows devices using solarwinds , as per the windows team server is up and running from last 20 days and there is no problem with the network as well , when we see tha availabily report for the devices they are not showing 100 % , Please let us know what could be the reason for this scenario . Please find the logs from solarwinds
