What do they need to do with Orion? I'm asking because I want to improve Orion's remote functionality, so it would help to understand your usage scenario.

They do not need access to Orion but need access to Cirrus, many of them access Orion also...

Remote management of Orion would be great it would save having to use RDP all the time, some way of creating\running reports and creating maps from a client pc that automatically runs them\save them from and to the Orion install. We did have the remote admin pack which went some of the way there but having to copy the maps and reports to the orion server made it no more efficient than RDPing to the Orion box.
NPM would be perfect if it could be integrated into the web frontend so everything could be done from the Orion website.
