If an Orion server has two NICs, each cabled to two different networks which can not see each other, will Orion be able to poll both networks?
I think the key is, if the server see both networks. Orion doesn't control the routing, it depends on the OS for that. if you can open a cmd prompt and ping the seperate networks, then Orion should have no problems.

Yes. That ability is mostly an OS feature. Just make sure you can ping each network from the OS and you'll be good.
