I'm curious. What kind of memory error are you wanting to monitor?

Cisco devices can report all types of memory issues in the logs...like memory allocation errors, leaks, out of memory errors etc. These all increment memory error counters within the IOS.

Like this:
"%SYS-2-MALLOCFAIL: Memory allocation of 1028 bytes failed from 0x6015EC84, Pool Processor, alignment 0"

We all know Solarwinds shows memory stats, but I cannot see where it reads the memory error counters.

I can see these errors in my syslogs if I dig.

Those sorts of errors do show up in the syslog, but I'm unaware of any internal counters in IOS that keep track of memory errors, the one exception being alignment errors.
