IPSLA is completely separate from this, however would be an extremely cool feature if added to Orion.

IPSLA stats are retrieved from the router using SNMP, so it should be fairly easy to implement. Perhaps it might even be a module in Orion V8.....

Yes
IPSLA is really a wonderful feature of cisco router.
I wonder If V8 can get the IP pathecho result from cisoc router, the cisco IPM get something error of this type of network monitor.
