CPU & Memory Utilization not added after a discovery of a node?

So I was trying to figure out why I have so many nodes not pulling CPU statistics per a previous thread.

What I am seeing from my perspective is hundreds upon hundreds of nodes that I am not collecting CPU & Memory statistics on the devices even though they are supported.  The majority of my nodes were found during discoveries however when I go an do a list resources on the nodes in question I notice this.

Shouldn't this be imported when I import the nodes?  If not am I reasonably expected to parse through 3000 nodes to see which ones are missed?

So I did a discovery of just one node that had never been in monitoring (my laptop) and that discovered with CPU & Memory checked.

Any thoughts or ideas why it is working on some but not others?  I thought maybe it was because some of my nodes initially were ICMP only until we got SNMP enabled but I just tested that and it's working as well.
