orion V9 500 - Internal server error

hi,

i just installed orion and the netflow addon and everything installed just fine, but when i try to log in i get an error 500. at this point the website wont respond until i delete the login cookies. i have tried re-installing .net and all the permissions appear to be in good shape. anyone have any thoughts on what i could try next?
