Orion 8.1 - Mapmaker

Hi,

We are currently implementing Orion 8.1 and can you please help me with the Mapmaker where i have nested maps.

When i click on the Mapmaker it will show the list of all the devices as below.

nyfarm router_

Unknown

Node status is Up.

Can we remove the unknown? This is setup as an ICMP monitoring a router

Any help would be much appreciated

try posting a screenshot of the Unknown map- Reply-> Options->Upload

I think that's not possible, because that field is updated trought snmp, and if you're doing just ICMP request you'were unable to update that info, maybe is another way, i hope that, because i have the same problem.
