Hi Gold777

At first glance it looks like an issue with syslog service connecting to database.

Would you be running any other syslog programs By any chance on the Server Also ?

I would try the following

Run a repair on your Orion install and ensure the syslog Service Gets reinstalled during the config wizard

If this does not Resolve your issue Can you please open a support case on this and Send a set of diagnostics.

They can be run from c:\program files\solarwinds\orion\solarwindsdiagnostics.exe .Include them in the support ticket.Please also include a screen shot and a reference to this link

A support engineer will help you ASAP
