NPM Version v9 Admin Access

I was wondering if someone could explain to me why this is...

So you can access the Administrator console on version 9 by http://****/Orion/Admin right.

My only concern is that now all users have the ability to access this page, and by doing so have all administrative rights. What's the deal?

Support told me it had something to do with IIS not having access to my inetpub folder. This is probably due to my initial failure and subsequent bump to 9.0. But all is resolved.

mine does not allow it??? When a user with non-admin rights hits that URL they get the following:

Orion Website Error

An error has occurred with the Orion website.

Additional Information

You must be an Admin to access this page.

You can only see the Admin page if you have Admin rights. Can you check the permissions on the account that's seeing Admin?
