Was getting this on an install and wanted to know if anyone had seen this and has a fix.
Yes, go to program files\solarwinds\orion and run the the permissions checker. Repair the errors. Re-run the wizard. If it still fails, clear the asp.net cache, restart the website and the the application pool. Then run the wizard again.
I had an issue initially finding the permission checker. Just wanted to add that the filename for this is 'OrionPermissionChecker.exe".
