Thwack people,
I am having an issue with some interfaces in Orion. I have a Cisco 3640 router with multiple T1 controllers on it. When I attempt to monitor the Serial interfaces that are assigned to these controllers they come back as unknown. I am, however, able to monitor the controllers themselves. I am using the correct string and am sure I am in the right access list to be able to do this. I am able to monitor other interfaces on this router with no problems. I am able to monitor other routers with similar configurations. I have attached a screen shot of the List Resources page for this device. Any help is very much appreciated. I have a ticket in with Level 3 support but as with many other people I have not heard anything from them since yesterday when I opened the ticket. Thanks in advance.
