having problem in solarwinds ,its not showing detail information of down nodes untill we restart the whole services .pls help regarding this issue .

Now, which services must be restarted before you can see detail information on down nodes ?
Can you provide a screenshot of where you are seeing the issue ?

Best way to find possible solutions is thwack the error mesasge you are getting. If you still cannot find it best thing to do is call solarwinds support. You may want to run a diagnostic collection and upload it to them with the case number using SolarWinds.Net | Powered By LeapFILE I normally do that right after the ticket is opened so that when it gets assigned a tech they can start working on it right away instead of emailing me for more information and that file.
