Custom List of Maps?

I'm trying to provide one of our channel partners access to Orion with a custom view. However, I cannot seem to get the "Custom List of Maps" view to work. It also displays every map I have, no matter what account I use to login with. I've restricted the partner's account by a Custom Property value (in this case, a customer name).

Can this resource be used to limit the list of maps to only those with nodes the account has permission to view?
