I am looking for information on how to get solarwinds to send me an alert whenever a node is back up.
Check the "Reset Actions" of your "Node Down Alert" and configure it accordingly.. if you have a Trigger Action setup to send you an email when the node goes down you will see a selection that allows you to "Copy action to Reset"... you can select that and it will copy the action over to the Reset section and you will then get a notification when the Node is back up.
