HELP

Solarwinds website will start however when I log in I receive the below msg in place of resources. I have re-run the configuration wizard several times but continue to receive the same error msg.

Network Performance Monitor Startup Error

Cannot start SolarWinds Orion NPM Web Engine (OrionNPMWeb.Application).

Error Number -2147221005
006~ASP 0177~Server.CreateObject Failed~800401f3

You may need to rerun the SolarWinds Configuration Wizard.

One suggestion is to open up the registry, right click on HKEY CLASSES ROOT and go to permissions. Make sure the Administrators group is in the list and has full access not just read only. If not add it, and give it full access. Then hit apply. Once done, re-run the website portion of the config wizard and then open and login to the website.

That helped but now I have this...

and it resources are not loading. AVG Response Time etc..
