Select a node for a report

Hi All and good day to you

I was wondering if anyone knew of a way that you could have a report that runs say for volumes but before the report runs it asks you for the node name.

Basically I'm looking to try an set up a load of self service reports that allows the user to choose the node they want the report to run against

Try loading up SWQL studio and running your reports from there. Then you can customize them as you wish.

If you set up a Custom Query and use SWQL with a Search Box, then the user can navigate to the dedicated View, and then filter by the Node Caption or whatever criteria you specify in the Search String such as Custom Property etc. If you leave the original query empty and just fill in the Search query they won't get any data until they enter a search value.
