Direct Upgrade - Orion 9.0 SP2 to Orion 9.5

In the release notes for Orion v9.5 it states that 'If you currently have Orion NPM verion 8.5.1 through 9.0 installed, you must uprade to Orion NPM 9.1 - Service Pack 5"

Does this include Orion 9.0 SP2? Is a direct upgrade possible from Orion 9.0 SP2?

If not where can I download the full version of Orion 9.1?

You can upgrade directly from 9.0 (including SP2) to 9.5. No need to incrementally upgrade through 9.1 SP5. Documentation and release notes will be updated to reflect this.

From the way I read it, you need to be on 9.1 SP5 in order to get to 9.5. So this may involve multiple upgrades depending on what version a person is running. If not they would have just put that you needed to be on at least 7.8.5 to upgrade to 9.5. It is a bit confusing and I think they should add that clarification to the upgrade section.

Upgrading from Orion NPM Versions Before 7.8.5

If your currently installed version of Orion NPM is older than version 7.8.5, you must upgrade to Orion NPM 7.8.5.

Upgrading from Orion NPM Versions 7.8.5 through 8.5

If you currently have Orion NPM version 7.8.5 through 8.5 installed, you must upgrade to Orion NPM 8.5.1.

Upgrading from Orion NPM 8.5.1

If you currently have Orion NPM version 8.5.1 through 9.0 installed, you must upgrade to Orion NPM 9.1, Service Pack 5.

Then what I posted above from the release notes is totally mis-leading. I do see under warnings in small print that you need at least 8.X to upgrade to the current version, but if you are scanning through and see the big bold items of the different versions, the last you see is you must upgrade to 9.1 SP5.
