I require an account limitation based on a blank custom property called owner.
I see there are 3 choices - Check box, Pattern Match and Single device.
I'd like to pattern match on a blank or null custom property.
The OPS people add several new nodes every week using System manager, but neglect to go into the CPE and add the custom properties for the new node. That way I can limit the view to all but a few fixed devices, without having the OPS folks adding an entry into the owner field every time they add a new device.
In other words the default view for most people will be only those nodes that do not belong to the Network Group (Custom Property 'owner' is blank).
The pattern match does not seem to take to SQL query type matches such as <> or '^'.
Has anyone been able to figure this out?
