CreateWebsite can't appears on ConfigurationWizard

Question

Hello all,
After i'm installing the Orion Network Performance Monitor SL-500(v7), then i open configuration wizard, on there i can't see the "Create Website"  and "Install Service" that actually we  must be finished 4 step configuration(Welcome, Setup Database, Create Website & Install Service) so i finish configuration step yet(because i just do 2 step config) and the impact i can't running Orion System Manager.  When i running the error will appears like this:
Cannot connect to SWNetPerfMon database 
Error=Could not find file 'D:\Installan_Orion\SolarWinds\Network Performance Monitor v7\SWNetPerfMon.cfg'.

And then, when i'm running the website on the browser appears error like this:

Network Performance Monitor 
Critical Error

Cannot access main SQL Server database.

Connection = Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;Mode=Share Deny None;Data Source=¬CESSDATABASE

Error = Could not find file 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\¬CESSDATABASE'.

I'm running on Windows 2003 Server.

Therefore,I ask to help for all about my problems... Please,help!!
