Interface Utilization - Adjust sample window used for 95th Percentile Calculations?

The 95th Percentile is an average of the interface utilization over a 24 hour period. I'd like to adjust this calculation to use only samples taken between 5am - 9pm which is a more realistic representation of
our work day.

Can we globally change the default sample period for all web based interface reports?

Actually 95th Percentile is an average with the top 5% and bottom 5% thrown out. It gives you a more precise reading than just pure average. Now to your question, what I've asked for is the ability to set time zones and then do what you ask based on those times relative to the time zone the device resides. I've gotten no answer

95th percentile means only the top 5% is dropped, otherwise it would be 90th percentile. It represents short duration high burst traffic that skews average results. This doesn't help trim very low usage outside business hours that further reduces the usefullness of averaging reports.

I can settle with business hour filtering in the web reports as I only have one node that is in a different timezone, and even then it's only 3 hrs difference. If time zone can be worked in it would be gravy.
