Display nodes that have been down 15 minutes or more?

I have servers that boot at night and on weekends at specified times. I am creating a special view for our night operations group so that they can see if a node is down. The problem is I want to only display the nodes that have been down for more than 15 minutes. If not, I will be getting calls at 3am stating a server is down. Any ideas on how I can configure their view?

I would limit the account to a group of nodes that only contains those devices and create an advanced alert for those devices with a 15 minute trigger delay. Make the alerts screen a promenent part of their home view.
