Changing server hostname after getting key issue

I found a mistake I made installing Orion where I made the new server a different name, and the old database didnt work. So I started over and made the server the same name and reinstalled Orion. Problem is now I cant rekey it. If I switch it back to the other name, will I be able to get it keyed? What do I need to do to make this work?

Contact customer service to have the license reset.

I would say make the system name what you want it to be, and contact SW to have your key reset.

That was quick. I finally got the darn thing working to where I can see all the nodes and verify that the data is good. Now onto SP2 and the VOIP QOS package! Having a website issue though, so I will be working on that next.

I get this after putting in the login.

Could you post the entire error? I'm guessing that this view is having problems. Can you back out of that Custom View For now and go straight to the admin page by typing http://servername/orion/admin

From here try creating a new summary view.

Is it normal for the pages to load so slowly? When I first log in it takes at least a minute or two to load. I am seeing about 15 seconds to change views under account views, which itself took several minutes to load.
