NPM 10.1.2 upgrade not installing

Hi,

I am trying to upgrade from NPM 10.1.1 (with service pack 1) to NPM 10.1.2 but with no success. I run the exe from my E: drive (24Gb in total with 10Gb of free space), it goes to verify the installer and then extract. Then it stops abruptly with no error message. I have tried this a couple of times and with firewall and antivirus disabled. Has anybody experienced this? Thank you in advance. Eoin

I have not explicitly seen this. Your best bet is going to be a support ticket to look into further.

Check how much space your temp directory has (usually the same as your C drive). Maybe it is trying to extract to %temp% and doesn't have the room.
