Can not install Orion 8.5 and 9.0

Hi all,

 I have tried to install Orion 8.5 and 9.0 on Windows Server 2003 SP2 (CPU 3GHz, RAM 2GB), but it did not work.  To the 8.5 version, i got the message "The installation package could not be opened. Contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer Package".  For the 9.0 version, the error message likes "can not read from installation database".  Please help me.  Thanks/

We definitely support Win2k3 SP2.  You should probably open a Support ticket.
