Google NetPath in Critical State

I've had the default Google NetPath running successfully since NPM was installed 6+ months ago. About 2 days ago it went into a critical state and has remained that way since. The message says "Host Unreachable: The endpoint has not allowed a direct network connection after repeated attempts." So I tested from the probe server and I'm able to browse to Google with no issue. Then I created a new NetPath service pointed at another HTTPS site and it's now running fine. Any thoughts on why the Google NetPath remains Critical?

Have you installed the latest 2.0.1 hotfix? I have had issues with Netpath and support has asked me to do this, although I might wait until 12.1 comes out because I don't feel like doing it

I am currently running 12.0.1 with NetPath 1.0.1.

Theres a hotfix you may want to install for NPM..I know it specifically addresses NetPath issues
