Clearing statistic counters

Does anybody know how to clear counters that keep track of things for a node like system availability, besides deleting and adding the node back?
My Orion NPM server lost connectivity to the rest of the network so I thinks that all other registered nodes when offline and therefore no longer shows 100% availability for the monitored devices. Is there a way to reset those counters?
