Events filtering

The "Last 25 Events" is nice to have on the home webpage but it would be even more useful to be able to filter events from this view based on rules or criteria so that the focus can be on events that really need attention. For example, I have Motorola wireless bridges that dynamically change their interface speed based on environmental conditions and they overwhelm the last 25. I don’t care about these events and therefore would rather not see them.

So, I would like to see rules based filtering for the events.

I was told by two different Solarwinds support specialists that there is no way to filter events. James suggested that I post my request here.

Filtering is not built into that resource, unfortunately, however, you could create a custom resource that included the filters needed.
