Upgrade from 8.5.0 to 8.5.1 with Sp1 - Error

Everything worked fine prior to the upgrade. Now I get this after I sign in as admin through web portal:

Orion Website Error

An error has occurred with the Orion website.

Additional Information

System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.   at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.GetResponse()   at ClassicSiteProxy.Login(HttpContext context, String username, String password)   at Login.InitiateLogin()   at Login.OnLoad(EventArgs e)   at System.Web.UI.Control.LoadRecursive()   at System.Web.UI.Page.ProcessRequestMain(Boolean includeStagesBeforeAsyncPoint, Boolean includeStagesAfterAsyncPoint)

Any ideas as to what might be causing the above error?

Do you have netflow? If so, might want to apply the latest Netflow hotfix. Other users were able to reinstall Orion to get the website back on-line. Be sure to download the latest Orion 8.5.1 October 2007. SP1 does not seem to apply correctly to some existing installs....

I do not have netflow. I tried to reinstall 8.5.1 (ran the repair option) and then reapplied sp1 (ran the update.exe which came with the download). The result is the same error when accessing the website.

Any other ideas?

Can you run System Manager okay?
Run The orion Service Manager, stop everything and restart it.

Yes, I can run the system manager without problem. I did run the service manager and shut everything down and then started them all back up. I even rebooted the server but it still doesn't work. It appears this is a website issue. I run Orion on IIS6 and I use host header to access (orion.wanee.org). It doesn't have a dedicated IP address because I run several other sites from this server (they also use .net).

Could it be a permission issue somewhere on the site? I can't find any documentation that specifies what permissions are required for the site to function.
