We are currently running NPM and NCM for our customer. Our customer is looking to monitor the PRI utilization under the Cisco Voice Network. We are currently having different PRI from different service provider connected to two voice gateway. We installed VNQM and added the voice gateway and we could see the utilization of the PRI. However, the utilisation is not showing the name of the PRI and it shows all the trunk under the voice gateway. We trying to classify the dashboard to show the utilisation per service provider. Is there away to group the PRI interfaces under single voice gateway in order to know how much we are utilizing per service provider?
