Orions does not seem to pull the correct model from the CE500 series switch.

Orion does not seem to pull the right model when it polls the CE500 via SNMP.

For machine type it only shows "Cisco" even though the MIB walker will show the exact model number such as "catalystExpress50024PC"...

If you pay the yearly maintenance, you can submit a ticket with Solarwinds and they can check it out. I have the same problem with a lot of my devices and it was discovered that an update to the node discovery engine needed to be made.
