Feature Request - Acknowledged Alert Report

Hi,

Forgive me if this feature already exists and I just can't find it but we need the ability to report on alerts that have been acknowledged and who acknowledged them. I've found a few posts in the forums with people asking similar questions but again I cannot see any way of reporting on this information. If anyone has a way of doing this currently I would be very grateful.

would this report be any help to you? of course, it is for outstanding reports and not historical. i just added some other lines to something someone else started.
