Cisco 4507 reporting power supply up when the power lead is disconnected.

I have installed 10.4 of NPM and love the new features so far.

One thing I have found is that one of our CIsco 4507 switch chassis has two power supplies but one is disconnected yet they both report as up in the hardware health screen.

They report correctly, as one down, in my universal poller (1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.13.1.5.1.3) - see belowlth

Has anyone else had this issue or know of a fix?

Can you upload SNMP walk, I would like to check how the OIDs are configured.

Which mib do you want the snmp walk from? Rather than upload the whole thing.

Not only doesn't it report the power supply issue, it doesn't see the power supply as a component! It shows the power supply fan, but not the power supply itself. I have the same problem with 4507s. THey don't seem to have powwer supplies.
