How does it calculate the transmit utilization?

Solarwinds Top 10 shows the transmit utilization as 154510%.

How is this possible? It has a 4 gig full duplex interface and the raw data shows the following data

have had the transmit shoot sky high on mine a few times too, happens on a few different devices.
