Cisco 4402 Wireless controller not showing under wireless summary view

We have added the above controller into NPM but it is not showing under wireless summary view. We do not use the controller for Ap's just for guest clients. We want to be able to pull back the client information to NPM is this possible with out having AP's on the controller. I can log onto the controller and see the client information.

We run another wireless contoller that contollers the AP's and internal clients this shows up in wireless summary view and we can see AP's and Clients.

I currenty have a case open with Solarwinds, the 4402 controller is now show under wireless summary view. We are just looking into obtaining the client information of the controller. Thanks for the response

When I look at the wireless summary and choose clients I get nothing - it has worked in the past. At the bottom of the page is the below info. This occurs with both Firefox and IE. I have three Wireless Controllers attached with over 150 Ap's and 50 clients and guest clients. Not sure if this adds issues or not to viewing. Hopefully, when I upgrade to v10 on Friday this will go away.

I am getting this same message. Did the v10 upgrade fix your problem? I know that this worked in the past but I noticed this error recently.
