I ran into an error message when trying to add a node and the knowledge base didn't seem to have much info on it.
Wanted to check with the community before I moved on to support in case someone had dealt with it before.
Unfortunately that's a pretty generic error. It could potentially be a permissions issue, or re-running the Config Wizard could clear it up. To be safe, a support case is probably the way to go.
I submitted a ticket to support and I'll post the response once it's figured out.
