Any progress on opening or diplaying notes on alerts? I know of the mouse over option but need to either see a history or display last update in the alerts table. Also would it be possible to add notes to devices in maintenance, like who, why, when, for how long..etc??

I don't have access to it any more as I created it at my last employer but I created a report. 

The report consisted of the alert, the node, the time acknowledged, and the notes.  I then took the report and added it to our NOCs home page. 

It was a relatively simple report to create from what I remember.
