NPM10: No reports visible on "reports" Web page

running NPM10sp1, my "reports" tab has no reports. Not even the built-in reports 

I have gone in the Report writer and verified that "make this report avaiable from Orion Website" is checked.

The physical reports are present in the "reports" directory and will run if I use the Orion Report Write to execute them.

Check to see that the user account you are logged in with has the Reports folder selected on the User Account Edit page.
